Deaconess Ministry

The Deaconess Ministry is one in which competent, dedicated women serve the Lord and His people through providing spiritual care, instruction in God's Word, and acts of love. Deaconesses are specialists in spiritual care who join with the pastor and deacons in visiting church members, assist with the Baptismal Ceremony and prepare communion for the worship service. They aid in ministering to the spiritual and physical growth of the Church in order to promote strong and healthy Christian maturity within the church body. They continue to be faithful stewards in all endeavors and aid the Pastor, deacons, and other members when requested.
